VI4455 SOT-23-6 RF Transceiver ICs ROHS is a highly integrated radio transceiver for the 2.4 GHz ISM (Industrial, Scientific and Medical) band. It is designed for low-power and long-range wireless applications such as wireless sensor networks, while still providing high RF performance. The integrated features of VI4455 include a crystal oscillator, a power amplifier, a low-noise amplifier, a transmitter mixer, a receiver mixer, baseband filters, demodulators, and an antenna switch. It has an on-chip voltage regulator that allows a simple supply voltage range. It also features active and suppression modes, fast frequency hopping, and supports multiple modulation and coding schemes, including CCK, QAM, and GFSK, among others. The IC is compliant with the European ETSI EN 300 328 V1.7.1 and EN 300 440-1 V1.6.1 standards and supports spread spectrum communication in the 2.4 GHz to 2.4835 GHz range. The VI4455 is available in a SOT-23-6 package and is RoHS Compliant.
