CHE1270-QAG is a high power complementary pair NPN/PNP bipolar transistor that is part of United Monolithic Semiconductors' (UMS) line of high performance, power transistor products. It is designed for use in high-frequency, high-power applications such as Class-D Audio Power Amplifiers, switching converters, and Class-E RF power amplifiers at frequencies up to 350 MHz. It features a high gain-bandwidth product, improved parasitic circuit performance and robustness. It is housed in an HTSSOP-8 PowerPAD package, with an enhanced copper clip which provides improved thermal performance.
