LM339L-D14-T Unisonic

TechnologiesThe LM339L-D14-T is an analog comparator manufactured by Unisonic Technologies, and is available in a DIP-14, RoHS package. It features two comparator channels that can perform voltage comparison between a pair of input signals with adjustable hysteresis. The inputs of the comparator can tolerate a voltage range of 2V to 36V with a ±1V to 18V difference between the two inputs. The chip contains two precision reference voltages which can be set anywhere between 1V and 4V, allowing it to have full control of the output response. The circuit also contains an open collector output stage and external hysteresis control input. The outputs can be used with TTL, DTL, or CMOS logic circuits and is commonly used in low power applications.
