Additional Infomation About Product

The LM317K-TQ2-T is a linear voltage regulator manufactured by Unisonic. It is part of a series of voltage regulators with TO-263-2 RoHS package that offers improved performance over traditional three-terminal voltage regulators. It features full safety protection, including current limiting, thermal shut-down, and reverse-battery protection. Its wide input voltage range and their current limit range makes them ideal for a variety of power applications ranging from portable equipment to PC boards to telecommunications central offices. It has a low drop-out of 75mV at 1.5A and 200mV at 5A. It can deliver up to 800mA of output current over an adjustable output voltage range of 1.25V to 37V. Its output current limit and thermal shutdown also serve to protect both the device and any connected circuitry from damage due to adverse operating conditions. The device is lead-free compliant and RoHS/WEEE compliant, ensuring compliance with the most stringent environmental regulations.
