Technologies LtThe LD1117AG-50-TN3-A-R, manufactured by Unisonic Technologies Lt, is a low dropout (LDO) positive fixed 1.3V@1A 15V 5V 1A TO-252-2 (DPAK) RoHS regulator. It features a wide (8.5V) input voltage range, high output current (1A) and low output noise. The low dropout voltage of the regulator ensures minimal response time and excellent thermal stability. It has a low profile package making it suitable for space saving applications. The device is designed with built-in overload, over-temperature and short-circuit protection mechanisms. The LD1117AG-50-TN3-A-R also has polarity protection, which prevents reverse configuration, a very useful feature in power systems. It is a reliable and cost-effective solution for low voltage power supplies.
