2V2 Tubes is a variant of Tubes (also known as The Chicken Run game) that is played with four people. Two players are on each team and they cooperate to move their team's pieces around the board. The goal is to be the first team to move both pieces to the finish line.
Players take turns rolling the dice and then moving their pieces based on the number of spaces on the dice. They are not allowed to move the same piece twice in a row and, after moving the piece, they must pass control of the dice to the other team. The opposing team then makes the next move.
Special squares on the board may be marked off with a special die and move the team's pieces along special paths. Depending on the variant being played, these squares may provide a shortcut or an extra turn. Players can also use their pieces to block other teams' pieces and stop their progress.
The game ends when one team has both their pieces at the finish line. The other team has one last turn to try to catch up and win, but if they fail the first team wins.
