The TEQ 40-4825WIR isolated DC/DC converter is a forty-watt encapsulated unit manufactured by TRACO Power. It operates at a voltage input of 18-75V and has an output voltage of ±24V. It also has a current rating of 0.83A. It is designed to be used in applications in which electrical isolation is required. It features a 5kVDC isolation and requires 600kVDC input to output test voltage rating. The unit is designed with a wide input voltage range and a low start current, making it ideal for use in applications where input voltage fluctuates. It also features over-voltage, over-load, and short-circuit protection. The unit operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +100°C. It is RoHS compliant, has a low footprint size and is fully approved to UL/CUL/TUV/CB safety standards.
