Additional Infomation About Product

The TLP781(GB-TP6,F) optocoupler is manufactured by Toshiba and consists of a high-speed integrated photo-transistor optically coupled to a gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode. It has an insulation voltage rating of 5kVrms, and a CTR (current transfer ratio) of 100-600% at IFE = 5mA, VCE = 5V. The TLP781 is an industrial grade part, and provides reliable isolation between electrical circuits in high voltage applications such as motor control and industrial automation. It is available in a variety of package types, including PDIP, TO-92, and SMD.
