The TLP627-4(F) with Transistor Output Optocouplers DARL. 4 CH Vceo=300V MIN is a four-channel optocoupler manufactured by Toshiba. It couples an input signal from an IC output, SMPS control, line sensing and feedback circuit to an output circuit. It uses a GaAsInfrared emitter LED to control a high input signal up to an output voltage of 300V. It has a low propagation delay of 25ns at 25°C and provides isolation between its input and output circuits, keeping them from interfering with each other. Furthermore, it has a high common mode transient immunity of greater than 25kV/µs, ensuring that the output is protected from power line disturbances that can result in false trigger operations. The TLP627-4 Optocoupler provides complete protection from lightning surges and noise of up to 2,500V on its input and output sides. It is a space-saving device as it integrates multiple channels, allowing the user to reduce PCB space.
