):The TLP172AM(TPL,E with Opto relay) is a 4-pin SO6 opto relay manufactured by Toshiba. It is designed for a wide range of signal-switching applications in various industries. This component features a RoHS compliant package with Tape & Reel left orientation. This opto relay offers high output current, low trigger current, and low on-state resistance. It has a total power dissipation of 100mW. The TLP172AM(TPL,E with Opto relay) has a 3.0mA collector current, 0.1mA trigger current, and 44O maximum on-state resistance. It provides excellent reliability and superior performance in all applications.
