The TLP131(F) is an N-Channel MOSFET driver made by Toshiba. It is used for converting digital logic signals into analog signals for controlling power MOSFETs and IGBTs in various applications. It is an NVIDIA certified driver specifically designed for driving N-channel MOSFETs in high frequency, high current inverter stables. This part features over-voltage protection and short-circuit protection. It also features an over current protection and operational temperature range of –TS to TS.
