Additional Infomation About Product

The TLP116F Optocoupler is a small, surface-mounting semiconductor package manufactured by Toshiba. It is designed to provide reliable electrical isolation of one circuit from another. It is composed of an LED optically coupled to a phototransistor output. It has one input and output channel, a gate output signal type and a high-speed 20 Mbps data transmission rate. It has a 5-pin SOP (Small Outline Package) and a maximum common-mode transient immunity of 10 kV/µs. It is used in applications including isolation of a signal circuit from a power circuit, noise reduction and signal amplification.
