Additional Infomation About Product

The XC61CC2502MR-G is a Supervisory Circuits Low Quiescent Current Voltage Detector manufactured by Torex Semiconductor. It is intended for systems that require a low quiescent current voltage detector with a reset output. It has a reset output that is driven active when the supply voltage drops to less than an adjustable threshold voltage. It provides precision reset threshold of 4.08V to 6.43V, and a voltage detection range of 2.7V to 6V. It also includes active low and active high reset, brown-in/out and watch-dog timeout functions. It has an operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C and a wide selection of package options.
