The Texas Instruments USBN9604-28M is a three-port USB hub controller specifically designed to address the needs of the USB 2.0 mobile and other applications. It is a low-power, cost-effective, high-performance solution for integrating a USB host, USB device, and USB On-the-Go (OTG) ports. The device supports high-speed (480 Mbps), full-speed (12 Mbps), and low-speed (1.5 Mbps) signaling in the downstream ports and high-speed (480 Mbps) upstream port to the host. It also supports auto-switching between full-speed and low-speed ports depending on the connected device. The USBN9604-28M also integrated power control unit for dynamic power management to meet USB-IF standards. It comes in a 28-pin QFN package.
