The TPS3808G09DBV R is an extremely-low-power, micropower, 3 V to 5.5 V, low-voltage supervisor IC manufactured by Texas Instruments. It has two independent, programmable-delay supervisory circuits and two buffered open-drain outputs. The output delay can be programmed in 0.25 ms to 100 ms intervals, allowing designers to precisely adjust the reset assertion delay to the application’s needs. The device also provides multiple reset input options, allowing designers to support either a manual- or a system-level reset. The TPS3808G09DBVR is optimized for low power consumption and features a flexible detection voltage range of 1.8 V to 5.5 V. Multiple voltage options on the TPS3808G09DBVR enable battery-backed systems to switch between VCC input and battery operating modes. Additionally, the I2C-compatiable interface allows for an efficient implementation of remotely controlled power-up sequencing. The device is specified for wide temperature ranges of -40°C to 125°C.
