The THS4567IRUNR is a Differential Amplifiers 220-MHz CMOS input fully differential amplifier with VICM and VOCM control, manufactured by Texas Instruments. It has a 10-QFN package and temperature range of -40 to 125. This component is designed to provide a high level of gain accuracy and high linearity performance in high-speed applications without sacrificing power consumption. The gain is factory calibrated to provide excellent matching between devices as well as superior DC characteristics. Additionally, it is designed to feature low power consumption, immunity from power supply noise and common-mode rejection. This component is ideal for use in mobile and RF applications such as cellular handsets, Wi-Fi and broadband wireless networks.
