The SN74LS373N is a Octal Transparent Latch with a 3-state Output. It is a part of the 74LS series of integrated circuits from Texas Instruments. This part is a 8-bit latch which operates with two control signals, latch enable (LE) and output enable (OE). It is designed for use in strobed address systems, LED and LCD display drivers, and general memory addressing systems. The inputs and outputs are designed for direct operation with TTL logic and are capable of sinking 64mA of current at the outputs. This part is available in a 14 Pin Plastic Dual-In-Line Package (PDIP) and a 14 Pin Small Outline Integrated Circuit (SOIC).
