The NE5532P is a Dual Low-Noise Operational Amplifier from Texas Instruments. It is designed for high-quality audio preamplifier applications. The amplifier features low distortion, low noise, low offset voltage, a wide gain bandwidth and low harmonic distortion. It is available in two standard versions: the NE5532P and the NE5532P-L. The difference between the two versions is that the NE5532P-L has a higher operating temperature. The NE5532P also has an improved slew rate, allowing for a faster response time in audio applications. It is offered in either an 8 pin DIP package, or a SOIC package. This device is an excellent choice for high-quality audio and video applications.
