Additional Infomation About Product

The LM3481MM/NOPB is a highly efficient, dual-channel, low-side N-channel controller manufactured by Texas Instruments. It is designed for use in a synchronous rectified buck converter that includes complementary control of two intelligent N-channel mosfets or one intelligent N-channel and one resonant mode control mosfet. The available high/low-side current sense amplifiers are designed to provide accurate current sharing detection and current balancing protection. Additionally, the LM3481MM/NOPB includes protection features such as gate drive undervoltage lockouts, current limit for overcurrent protection, and junction temperature shutdown. This device is packaged in a WSON 10mmx4.5mm package with the lead count of 10.
