The DS90UR241QVS is a serializer, translator, and interface through integrated circuit (IC) manufactured by Texas Instruments. This IC allows for data receiving and transmission between two data buses with dissimilar signaling voltage levels and data rates. The IC is capable of transmitting at a rate of 1.03 Gbps and it is powered by a 3÷ 3.6VDC low-voltage differential signaling (LVDS) power source. The device is heavily used in data storage applications such as digital cameras and video recorders.
