Additional Infomation About Product

The DS3668N/NOPB from Texas Instruments is a low side switch that can be used to control loads up to 4A. It offers a wide range of voltage signals from 4.5V to 20V. The switch is designed to provide reliable, on/off control with fast turn-on and low ON-resistance for increased efficiency. The device also has an active low shutdown (SD) pin which allows the switch to enter a low-power state. It is available in a 10-pin package.
