The DRV8353RSRGZR with Motor / Motion / Ignition Controllers & Drivers 100-V Three-Phase Smart Gate Driver With Buck Regulator and Three Current Shunt Amplifiers 48-VQFN -40 to 125 is an electronic part manufactured by Texas Instruments. It is an integrated motor drive and motor control solution specifically designed for high-power applications up to 500V and 10A. The Smart Gate Driver provides an advanced control method which enables modulation of the motor drive PWM signal with programmable timing for start-up, stop, and dynamic speed control, while the buck regulator module provides versatile voltage rails for logic power supplies and other embedded control circuits. As far as current sensing, the three current shunt amplifier module provides a full range of current measurement with high-precision. It operates over a wide temperature range of -40C to 125C, has a low quiescent current of 97µA and can be interfaced with common logic levels.
