The DRV2700RGPR with Operational Amplifiers (Op Amps) DRV2700 HiVolt Drvr manufactured by Texas Instruments is an integrated circuit (IC) for driving motors and other loads up to 54 V and 900 mA. It features a bridge type dual amplifier with a wide operating voltage range of 2.5 to 56 V and capable of driving low-side MOSFETs, as well as bipolar transistors, providing flexible motor control. The two fully differential amplifiers provide a product current sense and temperature sense, allowing the IC to perform feedforward and feedback current regulation, improved EMI performance, and predictive short-circuit protection. The IC also includes current limit, thermal drive and protection, and LOGIC level outputs protected against high-side undervoltage lockout. It is specified for operation over a temperature range of -40 to +85 °C.
