The CD74HC123PWR is a monostable multi-vibrator dual retriggerable mono made by Texas Instruments. This device is a dual retriggerable, resettable monostable multi-vibrator that is used to generate accurate time delays or oscillations. The device can be triggered and reset on both rising and falling edges of the input signal. The output of the device will remain active until the programmed time delay is complete. The device has an adjustable time delay whereby the user can set the amount of time the output of the device remains active. This device is used in applications requiring timer functionality and precise timing signals.
