The CD4068BE is a NAND/AND gate configurable 1 Circuit 8 Input 14-PDIP manufactured by Texas Instruments. It is a CMOS Logic circuit which can be configured as two independent 2-input NAND gates, OR two independent 4-input AND gates, via two unconnected gates in a single package. It has an operating voltage of 3.0V to 15V, and a power dissipation of 500mW. It features Schmitt triggers that provide high noise immunity, and has a propagation delay of 13ns (typical). The package is made of dual-in-line (DIP) plastic which offers protection against electrostatic discharge. It also provides excellent circuit isolation, and is designed for use in temperatures ranging from -55°C to 125°C.
