The CC2640F128RSMR with RF Microcontrollers is an MCU SimpleLink device manufactured by Texas Instruments. It is a 32-bit Arm Cortex-M3 based Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) wireless MCU with 128kB of Flash. The device is available in a 32-VQFN package, and is suitable for operation over a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. This BLE device includes 11 digital peripherals, 10 analog peripherals, as well as an integrated balun, LDO, 32-MHz oscillator, and DC/DC converter. It also has a variety of safety features, including CRC calculation unit and onboard memory protection unit, as well as integrated voltage sensing and pre-programmed QoS settings. This device is suitable for a variety of applications, such as beacons, security keys, health monitoring devices, and home automation.
