1663-3S is a thermally-conductive, non-curing silicone material made by Techspray. It is designed to help fill and protect exposed metal surfaces and actuators caused by wear and tear in electronic equipment. It is a black, paste-like material that resists moisture, solvents, and other environmental factors while efficiently dissipating heat. It features a dielectric strength of >200 volts per mil (.02mm). The 1663-3S is part of the O-Zone Safe line of Techspray products meaning it does not contain Ozone Depleting Chemicals (ODCs). It can be used in temperatures ranging from -65°F to +400°F.
