Additional Infomation About Product

The TPMP1470GJ-Z DC-DC converter is a SOT23-6 RoHS compliant electronic component manufactured by TECH PUBLIC. It is a low-noise, step down switching regulator which features a wide input voltage range, low quiescent current and a low profile design. The device has an output voltage range of 0.5V to 3.3V and an adjustable output current capability of up to 1.2A. Its switching frequency is programmable up to 1MHz. The unit has internal over-temperature, over-current and short-circuit protection and is designed for use in an SOT23-6 package. This product is suitable for use in applications such as mobile phones, handhelds, PDAs, datacards and other portable consumer electronics products.
