The TECHFUSE nSMD012 is a PTC Resettable Fuse designed to protect protected circuits from over-current events. The SMD012 features a 1206 RoHS package, suitable for automated board assembly in high-volume production. This device is designed to help reduce the risk of fire and equipment damage resulting from short circuits and overloads, and it will automatically reset when the overload event has passed. The device can be used for both direct current and alternating current applications and is designed to operate in a wide range of current and voltage conditions.
