The TD1509P5 is a DC-DC Converter Step-Down Fixed 1 3.6V 45V 5V 3A SOP-8_150mil RoHS manufactured from Techcode, and is a highly efficient voltage regulator that allows conversion of input voltage between 3.6 and 45 volts to a desired 5V output voltage at a maximal current load of 3Amperes. It features the SOP-8 package with an 8 pin count with a set size of 150mil and is RoHS compliant. This part also features short-circuit protection, overvoltage protection, over-temperature protection, and the ability to work in temperatures between -40 and +125 degrees Celsius. It is ideal for applications that require a low LED current and high speed of switching, such as audio amplifiers, medical systems, home appliances and automotive systems.
