The MLG0603P39NJT000 from TDK is a surface mount fixed inductor with an inductance of 39 nH (nanohenries) and a tolerance rating of 5%. These parts are made of molded resin molding type material with a rated current of 390 mA and and a saturation current of 390 mA. It also has a ripple current of 396 mA and has a self-resonant frequency of 4.75 GHz. The extended operating temperature auto-rated for parts is rated from -40 to +125°C. It is 6.0 x 4.5 x 3.1 mm in size and has a RoHS compliance rating as well.
