The MLG0603P2N3BT000 is a Fixed Inductor manufactured by TDK. It is an IND 0201 2.3nH Hi-Q SMD RF IND, operating at a frequency of up to 6GHz. It is a miniature surface mount device with dimensions of 0.6mm L x 0.3mm W x 0.3mm H. With a high Q of 39 at 1GHz and an Inductance of 2.3nH ±20%, this part is designed for high-frequency applications. Its high Q helps to reduce power loss in the system, and its small dimensional footprint allows it to fit in tight spaces. The sintered metal powder core ensures low DC resistance and stable inductance characteristics over wide temperature ranges. It also features low insertion loss and excellent high-frequency performance.
