It is a resettable protection device with a response time of 0.5 nanoseconds, and a breakdown voltage of 10V. It is designed for use in high voltage circuit protection, where reliable response is required. This device also features a wide operating temperature range (-55°C - 150°C) and a high surge current rating of 2.5kA.
