The AS3542 is part of a family of ultra-low power microcontrollers developed by Texas Instruments (TI). It is designed for low-power, low-cost applications such as battery-powered devices and wearables. The AS3542 includes a 32-bit ARM® Cortex®-M0 CPU core and is capable of running up to 40MHz with ultra-low power. The device also includes up to 8 KB of RAM and up to 96 KB of Flash program memory, along with an on-chip power management and temperature sensors. In addition, the device supports multiple low-power operating modes, including a battery charging configuration for use in battery-powered applications.
