TS19721D Taiwan Semiconductor Single-Stage PFC Buck Current Control LED Driver With High Voltage MOSFET Integrated DESCRIPTION FEATURES TS19721D a very efficient constant current controller Integrated 600V Power MOSFET for driving LED lamps in non-dimmable lighting Low THD <20% (Option) applications. The IC provides a high power factor Constant current accuracy within 2.5% correction and constant current accuracy with High Power Factor Correction >0.9 boundary conduction mode (BCM) operation in a Boundary Current Mode control single stage buck topology. The TS19721D controller LED open protection & short protection is easy to integrate with a small BOM and includes an Over current protection (OCP) internal high voltage power MOSFET for PWM control.
