It integrates a full protected dual Dual fully protected HSD with MultiSense high-side driver and the drivers and protections feedback for the two external power MOSFETs in low-side Two integrated drivers for the external LSDs configuration. 3 V CMOS compatible inputs The device is designed using STMicroelectronics Protections: well known and proven proprietary VIPower M0 Undervoltage shutdown technology that allows to efficiently integrate on the same die a true PowerMOSFET with an Overvoltage clamp intelligent signal/ protection circuitry. The device Thermal shutdown is housed in a PowerSSO-36 exposed pad Load current limitation package to optimize the dissipation Self-limiting of fast thermal transients performances. (Power Limitation) The input signals IN and IN can directly A B Cross current protection interface the microcontroller to select the motor Shoot through protection direction and the brake conditions.
