The device is designed to drive 12 V General automotive grounded loads through a 3 V and Double channel smart high-side driver 5 V CMOS-compatible interface, providing with MultiSense analog feedback protection and diagnostics. Very low standby current The device integrates advanced protective Compatible with 3 V and 5 V CMOS functions such as load current limitation, overload outputs active management by power limitation and MultiSense diagnostic functions overtemperature shutdown with configurable Multiplexed analog feedback of: load latch-off. current with high precision proportional current mirror, V supply voltage and CC A FaultRST pin unlatches the output in case of TCHIP device temperature fault or disables the latch-off functionality.
