R 50 m ON using STMicroelectronics VIPower technology, Current limitation (typ) I 34 A intended for driving resistive or inductive loads LIM with one side connected to ground. Active V CC Off state supply current I 2 A S pin voltage clamp protects the device against low energy spikes. General This device integrates an analog current sense Very low standby current which delivers a current proportional to the load 3.0 V CMOS compatible input current.
