The VN5T006ASP-E is a device made using STMicroelectronics VIPower technology, intended for driving resistive or inductive loads AEC-Q100 qualified with one side connected to ground. Active V CC General pin voltage clamp protects the device against low energy spikes. Very low standby current 3 V CMOS compatible input This device integrates an analog current sense Optimized electromagnetic emission which delivers a current proportional to the load current. Fault conditions such as overload, Very low electromagnetic susceptibility overtemperature or short to V are reported via CC Compliance with 2002/95/EC European the current sense pin. directive Fault reset standby pin (FR Stby) Output current limitation protects the device in overload condition. The device latches off in case Diagnostic functions of overload or thermal shutdown.
