Additional Infomation About Product

The ULN2064B is a high-voltage, high-current Darlington array from STMicroelectronics. It houses eight Darlington transistors, each capable of handling up to 500mA current and 500V voltage. The device is designed to interface high-current/high-voltage inputs to low-current/low-voltage logic sources, and is especially suitable for driving LEDs and other similar inductive loads. It is available in DIP-16 package with multiple power/ground rail pins for convenient use. A wide operating temperature range of -40 to 85°C makes it suitable for a variety of applications.
