Additional Infomation About Product

The TYN612MRG is a high-voltage high-speed single N-channel MOSFET power switch designed by STMicroelectronics. This component can be used in AC/DC offline switches, DC-DC converters and telecommunication equipment. Its main purpose is to help regulate the amount of power supplied to a circuit or device. It offers an operating voltage of up to 600V and a maximum power dissipation of 3.2W. The TYN612MRG can withstand a maximum of 8A in current and has a turn-on and turn-off times of 41 and 17ns, respectively. It comes in a SOT 223-4L package and is rated with a junction temperature of +150°C.
