The TL084IPT is an Operational Amplifier (Op Amp) Quad General Purpose JFET device produced by STMicroelectronics. It is a kind of integrated circuit, which consists of four independent, high-performance internal frequency compensated Operational Amplifiers (Op Amps) that can be used to implement various design and configuration applications.The TL084IPT is designed for low power applications and has an input offset voltage of maximum 8 mV, with a low-bias current of maximum 200 pA, offering maximum unity gain characteristics. It has an offset voltage of 25µV max and a unity gain bandwidth of 10 MHz maximum. It can also handle both single and dual supplies and has an output short-circuit protection. The Op Amps are also protected with thermal shut-down circuits, and the output can be saturated if necessary.Incorporating this device to a circuit design or application makes it easier for system designers to improve noise performance, speed up response time, and extend the bandwidth.
