Additional Infomation About Product

The STPS2L30A is an ultrafast recovery rectifier diode from STMicroelectronics. This diode is made of a planar glass passivated chip and housed in a plastic case. It has low forward voltage drop, high forward surge capability and ultra-fast recovery time. It is designed to be used in high frequency switched-mode power supplies, freewheeling, and polarity protection applications. The STPS2L30A can safely operate in temperature ranges from -55°C to 155°C. It has a power dissipation of 2W and a peak pulse forward surge current of 10A.
