The STGIB10CH60TS-LZ with Power Driver Module IGBT 3 Phase Inverter 600V 15A 26-PowerDIP Module (1.146", 29.10mm) is an insulated-gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) device manufactured by STMicroelectronics. It is a 600V module with 15A current rating and is designed to provide high efficiency with accurate and fast switching in today's increasingly sophisticated 3 phase inverter motor-control applications. The module is fully protected from short-circuit with thermal shut down and features a zener clamping structure for safe and reliable operation. It is a compact device (1.146" x 29.10mm) offering a superior thermal performance suitable for space-constrained applications.
