The ST732M50R LDO Voltage Regulator from STMicroelectronics is a low-dropout voltage regulator designed for space-constrained applications. This 300mA device is capable of continuous output current of up to 28V and can operate over an input voltage range of 1.8V to 19V. The regulator provides low dropout performance with a 5uA quiescent current. It also has low noise and fast response to transients. The device has short-circuit current protection, over-temperature protection, and soft-start circuitry. This device is ESD-hardened and hermetically sealed, making it suitable for use in harsh environments.
