ST2349A 4-bit dual supply level translator without direction control pin Features 18 Mbps (max) data rate when driven by a totem pole driver 6.8 Mbps (max) data rate when driven by an open drain pole driver Bi-directional level translation without direction control pin Wide V voltage range of 1.65 to 3.6 V L QFN16 Wide V voltage range of 1.80 to 5.5 V CC (2.6x1.8 mm) Power down mode feature when either supply is off, all I/Os are in high impedance Description Low quiescent current (max 8 A) Able to be driven by totem pole and open drain The ST2349A is a 4-bit dual supply level drivers translator which provides the level shifting capability to allow data transfer in a multi-voltage 5.5 V tolerant enable pin system. Externally applied voltages, V and V , CC L ESD performance on all pins: 2 kV HBM set the logic levels on either side of the device. It Small package and footprint utilizes transmission gate-based design that QFN16 (2.6 x 1.8 mm) package allows bi-directional level translation without a control pin. Applications The ST2349A accepts a V from 1.65 to 3.6 V L and V from 1.80 to 5.5 V, making it ideal for CC Low voltage system level translation data transfer between low-voltage ASICs/PLD Mobile phones and other mobile devices and higher voltage systems. This device has a tri- 2 state output mode which can be used to disable I C level translation all I/Os.
