Additional Infomation About Product

The ST1S40IDR is a 4A peak switch-down voltage regulator manufactured by STMicroelectronics. It has a wide input voltage range of 4.0V to 18V and the output voltage is adjustable from 0.8V to 95% of input voltage. This regulator operates with current-mode pulse width modulation (PWM) technique and is capable of supplying up to 4A peak output current from a small outline transistor-compatible package. The ST1S40IDR features a fast, 700kHz/850kHz fixed frequency, low minimum on-time and a power good flag. It also has built-in programmable soft-start and an adjustable input under-voltage lockout. The device can be used in different power supply applications such as PC/peripheral, telecom/datacom and industrial. High efficiency and low noise make this device a perfect solution in space-constraint applications.
