The M95640-RDW6TP is a 32K64KBIT SERI SPI EEPROM (Electrically-Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory) manufactured by STMicroelectronics. It is a low-voltage, serial nonvolatile memory that uses a system interface protocol to store and retrieve data from the nonvolatile memory. The EEPROM can store up to 8,192 x 8-bit words that are organized in 2,048 x 32-bit words.
