M24M01-RM6 is a variation of a 64 Kb serial SPI FRAM non-volatile memory manufactured by STMicroelectronics. The M24M01-RM6 has an 8 pin TSSOP package and can be programmed and erased with a standard SPI compatible microcontroller. It features extended temperature range, industry-standard low power consumption, reliable data retention, fast write/read performance, and high level of endurance. The M24M01-RM6 also includes a ground-referenced write protect pin and hardware write protect pin for additional data security.
