Additional Infomation About Product

The LDS3985PU33RY is a low-drop-out (LDO) linear voltage regulator and voltage reference manufactured by STMicroelectronics. This voltage regulator is capable of supplying up to 1.5 amps (A) of current with an input-output voltage differential of 0.8 volts (V). The device is packaged in a classic P-TO-220-3-F encapsulation, and it has an operating temperature range of -40°C to + 125°C (Tj). The output voltage of this voltage regulator can be adjusted from 1.12V to 15V, making it a great choice for applications that require low-noise and low-ripple operation. Additionally, the LDS3985PU33RY has a built-in Thermal Shut Down system that provides protection from overheating and short-circuiting. With its high efficiency and low quiescent current, the LDS3985PU33RY makes an excellent choice for powering microcontrollers, FPGAs, and DSPs.
